¡Hola Betty! I lived in Venezuela for many years, in Las Morochas near Maracaibo. What a country for seeing wildlife! Can you please tell me how the saying goes in Spanish? Gracias, Iris

Hello Balemba, Thank you for this update on the Rangers and their families. I'm thankful you were able to get them some rations. And hopefull that their relocation to Kiwanja goes without incident. Do you guys know what the situation in Lulimbi is or when these Rangers and their families might get to go home and get back to work? I start my new job at Children's Hosptial Los Angeles in January and hoping to be able to start making some good donations soon thereafter. For now, things are really tight for my family, but I remain constantly supportive in thought and spriit. : )

To see families living under such conditions breaks my heart. Thank God they have been given some rations. I pray the transfer will go smoothly and all stay safe. Hopefully they will return home soon. This makes me so angry and sad. Why can't humans live peacefully with each other?

Hello Balemba, it is terribly sad to see the rangers and their families living under such conditions. I hope their transfer to Kiwanja will go smoothly and that soon they will be able to return to their homes. I cannot but rail against the unfairness of it all... Iris

Best of luck for the transfer to Kiwanja. Everyone at Lulimbi must have had such a scary week or more. Hope they can settled safely, as best they can soon.
