The rangers I encountered were wonderful men. Even though we didn't have a common language, their kindness and class were clearly conveyed. It saddens me to think that such men die pointless deaths while trying to serve the animals and their fellow man. My thoughts and prayers are with their families. Death is not easy for the family and loved ones, but senseless, deliberate murders are so tragic and devastating. Please let these families know that people everywhere appreciate the fact that their loved ones were helping to protect endangered animals. Although donations do not bring back the people who have been murdered, I hope that everyone who reads this story will consider making a small donation to hep these families cope. Peace, paz, shalom, pax, namaste - no matter how humans express the desire for harmony in the world, we must not give up on helping each other and standing together for good.
